Answer: Very professional, Nadim was always responsive and polite.
3. If you could change one thing about our product/service, what would it be?
Answer: Face to face contact, but that’s not possible. (Lesley was many miles away from us, and therefore face to face was not feasible until delivery).
4. Who dealt with your project in our team, and how would you rate your interaction with our employees?
Answer: Nadim Chenia, if I had to leave a telephone message, he would always call back. He was always courteous and answered my questions professionally. If I didn’t get back to him for a while (by email) he would always send me a little nudge which I found very helpful (I was extremely busy at the time).
5. Are you satisfied with your integral blinds, please give us as much detail as possible.
Answer: Extremely happy with the blinds, I’m still a little nervous of the magnet breaking though and wondering what happens if they break. (The guiderails prevent this, and we are able to provide replacements in the unlikely event of breakages).
6. Do you find your blinds easier to raise and lower, and do the guide rails help?
Answer: I don’t understand what the guide rails are, but the blinds are very easy to raise and lower.
The website is very user friendly and informative. It’s not a complicated website whereby you lose the information you need for irrelevant information popping up and getting in the way. The only criticism I might have, is the titles use up a lot of space, and you need to scroll down to find the information you’re after.
All in all a good service and no complaints.
